Have they forced in new terms for new starts?

IIRC everyone that started after the 31st of October is on those terms.

As Splappy says, they have been the rates for people who have joined since the end of October.

Almost all of the jobs currently advertised are in Scotland, some in areas that have been in the news for having sporadic deliveries. One advertised in Lerwick has a shift finish time of 6pm. One in Dunfermline has a Mon-Fri shift time of 3:40pm-8pm, that should be interesting in the winter with the whole shift pretty much in the dark.

Randomly clicking on one advert I see it is 30 hours so I wonder at what point in the application process they will be told that overtime only kicks in after 40 hours. I think someone else has posted that the break is unpaid.

Is that still the case under the new contracts? Meal breaks are now definitely unpaid for new starters, so there full time contract is for nearly 45 hours compared to existing full time contracts!
