No change as of yet I believe. But will if what they propose go,s ahead think it’s some allowances being kept at the expense of lower ihr. Robbing Peter to pay Paul as they say.

Yes I was just wondering if they had already done it or if it is still the old policy at the moment

IHR is Suspended, unless it's due to terminal illness. The info was relayed to me by a Regional Manager.

As I've told you on a couple of occasions we've had plenty of colleagues leave on ihr recently, I think you are being conned .

I am on long term sick. I am hoping to take ihr. I have had one appointment over the phone with oh assist. My manager reluctant to get me another appointment. I am in limbo, been with royail mail 23 years. I physically cannot do the job anymore. It does look like people are still getting ihr. Any suggestions 🤔. Also I am on the equality act with my disability.
