Capita still working on my 65 pension!

Got my DBCBS lump sum and the Bonusplan paid on my Birthday. And a payslip from RMPP showing their 65 pension added onto my 60th bit. But no sign of the two years worth of the 65 part from Capita/RMSPS! Phoned and told they were still working on it! They did say my completed paperwork which I emailed to them on the 29th December was all correct but their systems were running a bit slow! :crazy:
