redundancy criteria

A few weeks ago royal mail posted there criteria for compulsory redundancies with non drivers and poor sickness record has anyone got this criteria from royalmail

before no compulsory redundancies they did announce it would go on non drivers, sickness record,customer complaints and conduct i just wondered if we had this in writing

I'm not not entirely sure it matters whether it's in writing on RM headed paper, Simon would most likely deny it was official policy :Very Happy

So it does exist in writing
