My understanding of Sick Pay at Pension Rate, is that's it's the rate of pay equal to the pension that would be payable if you retired early on the grounds of ill-health.

It's basically a payment that's being made until they decide what your future holds in RM.

It's not being taken from your pension!

Someone else might be along in due course, who knows more about this than me.

Robert I've seen you plan to retire before too long. If you have time would you take pity on us poor sods and check in occasionally. It would be most appreciated 🙏

Yes, I'm planning on leaving RM this year. :thumbup
No definite dates yet, but will probably go in time to miss my DO's revision and the shitshow that will no doubt follow.
It seems like a good time to go! :wave

I have wondered whether I'll be a regular visitor to this site after I've left the company, and to be honest I hope I won't be. :shhhhh

But maybe I'll be back at some point moaning about Capita! :cuppa
