Lack of 6 month pay increase?
Hi folks. Just wondering if anyone would have any idea why I haven't had my 6 month pay increase? Do I need to say to management or should this increase happen automatically? TIA.

Mine was automatic but another new starter had his probationary period extended so had to wait another 3 mths

I had the same after my first 6 months.
A call to HR soon rectified it.
