They backed us in corner from day one ,once on strike t n c s ripped up as per agreement (if we were told that by the union then who knows ) then we have the inept rolling strikes ( not forgetting the legal ucw legal are on a good amount of money ).rm don't care they want the letters business to wither the union are powerless all we can do us quiet quitting or ramp up the pysco pressure on the inept board by finding out the Thompson deals and his side kicks .

Looks to me that the company have decided that their best bet is to hope that support will collapse when we have to re-ballot for strike action. They have no interest in resolving anything till then. They hope they will be dealt a better hand, and possibly hoping for a rejection of IA. That is why it is imperative we give the fullest support for IA when we are balloted. This fight is far from over so long as we keep our resolve, now is not the time to weaken. In fact I do not see why the union have not already announced new strike dates.

There wont be any more new strike dates for a while so we can recover financially and to use Ward's words ''dont burn ourselves out''

I’ve backed the strikes all the way but now is not the time to announce more , Royal Mail have written off Black Friday , cyber Monday and Xmas . Dave Ward has said himself he doesn’t want to burn us out , new strategy is needed in the new year I’m afraid.
