Given that managers always try to make any accident on duty our fault are we supposed to wear shoe grips in the snow only as they seem to make Ice more slippery. I just know whatever you do it will be wrong even if two people make the opposite choice on wearing or not

They are not supplying uniform so ice or snow it’s a deffo no deliver day due to h&s f**k them

Someone got called up to the office for a stage meeting last week and spotted a bunch of new pouches, gloves and shoe grips all dated Nov 21. Asked for a new pouch after, was told there weren't any
