I have being called to an attendance review 1 meeting
I am not in any stage yet
The letter says that to go to stage 2 (2 absences or 10 days in 6 months period)
Can someone explain what it means 2 absences?
If I call sick 2 times I am getting in stage 2?
And secondly the day of the meeting I am unable to go because I am sick does it means that it will trigger review attendance 2 before even I am not in any stage?

Yes two separate absences will trigger a stage
