So on my payslip:
Basic pay
Delivery supplement
PSE Adj RMSCP 6%
Arrears of PSE Adj RMSCP 6%
The PSE Adj RMSCP and the Arrears PSE Adj RMSCP are the same amount.
What is the need for the arrears bit?

Re: Payslip question- arrears of PSE . . .
But was one a 'plus' amount and the other a 'negative' amount both on the left hand side of the slip? If so it's possibly because
of the strike deductions taking your pay below the permitted amount for PSE pension payments, so in effect they've not been
able to take your pension payment under PSE. You have possibly got a deduction on the right hand side RMDCP x % EE for
a pension payment.

I've also got the same +/- but a further reduction on the right hand side for £19.96, how does that work when it's always usually, on none strike weeks on the left hand side?

That's probably the PSE for pensionable OT from the week previous.

Again, probably because your pay has gone below the threshold that is within the rules for using PSE (I think the rule
is your hourly rate can't go below the minimum working wage or whatever it's called now to utilise PSE).

Apparently nobody got paid for last Friday's o/t, or that's what our DO was told, the whole thing is turning into a total shambles.davidjstirton wrote: ↑08 Dec 2022, 01:14noticed i didn’t get all the overtime i put in for last week on this weeks payslip ,anyone else notice this ?
