T2K Flat Sorting Machine

Post by lardyboy »

Looking for some clarification on minimum staffing levels in the flat machine when it's only running with one input line please...Is it 4 or something different?

Have worked on it with 4 when only 1 input line running does mean one of the 2 on the lanes generally is running around like a headless chicken

1 guy on lane 1 and 2, the other on lane 3 and 4.

Though there needs to be a loader, not just to look after the bins but to fix jams.. Though the manager may do this.
