both the pessimistic & optimistic in me see's tommo and co out by sept/oct, then a new crew come in promising the world and will start negotiations but only in jan , the cwu will fall for it hook line & sinker, get xmas outta the way, then boosh & feck you, we've earned our pay day
we all need to stand tight until a deal is done 100% with no strings,
back our union but also force the cwu, once we start losing pay then pause in dec,
it would be suicidal

It is busy at christmas but it is busy year round for parcels packets but maybe your right but you cannot only negotiate with people who are able and willing to do so and these clowns cannot!
