You can keep when you leave
Don’t sell them now wait till they go over £5 again then sell
Get some money out of these gits

Re: Leaving RM shares
When you leave, your free shares need to be taken out of the Share Incentive Plan(SIP).
Equiniti should write to you within a few weeks of your last day giving you 2 options:
1. Sell your shares.
2. Transfer them to a nominee account with them or to another broker/provider.
No tax or NIC's should be payable on the free shares because they've all passed their 5 year anniversary.
But you may lose some cash to the taxman on any Partnership & Matching shares you've bought, as well as some of the matching shares themselves, depending on how long you've held them and whether you're a 'good leaver' or not.
