It comes after thousands of pounds was recovered by West Midlands Police in partnership with Royal Mail.
West Bromwich Police tweeted saying: "Please remember your bank will never call you and ask you to withdraw money / send cash or cards through the post or ask for personal sensitive information. If in doubt end the call and visit a branch if you can.
"Yesterday we arrested two people in West Brom and recovered thousands of pounds which will now be returned to the victims. Thanks to @RoyalMail for great partnership work yesterday....it was a long day."
