A Royal Mail sorting office in mid Wales was evacuated following reports of a suspicious letter.

Emergency services were called to Glanyrafon Industrial Estate, Llanbadarn Fawr, near Aberystwyth at around 8.45am on Wednesday (January 26).

Specialist police officers found that the letter did not contain anything dangerous after it was removed from the area.

A Dyfed-Powys Police spokeswoman said: "A section of the building was evacuated as a precaution and a cordon put in place.

"An initial assessment of the letter by specialist officers has determined that it did not contain anything dangerous. The letter has been taken from the premises and the cordon has been removed.

"We thank the public for their cooperation and patience while officers dealt with the incident.”

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
