Hi everyone,
I sent a pair of trainers to a friend for Christmas and the tracking states the address couldn’t be found and it’s the first time I’ve not put a return address down. Just my luck.
I’ve tried calling twice now and been on hold for over an hour and not spoken to anyone. Does anyone know how I retrieve the package and where from? Really hope I can get them back and sent again before Christmas.
