long service award

hi,i recieved my 40 years service award today ,well a badge ,and i cant log on to appreciategift.co.uk and they dont answer the phone ,any ideas?

Well done my friend I salute you,I’ve no idea,I’m surprised they still do the awards as well they should do,it’s a far cry from what you used to get,I got a day out at the races,sit down meal,free bets and as much booze as I wanted,with 500 other long timers,how things have changed
