Hi there hoping someone can help as i havent been told much since starting if anything.

I started 6 weeks ago and i am on a 27.5 hour contract and havent been advised what holiday entitlement i have left or if im able to take any atall?

Do i call HR about this or just ask my manager?

On entry = Four and a half weeks

As they now do leave in hours that makes it 123.75 hours in a normal year.

However this year you will be with RM for 5.5 months so your entitlement works out as roughly 2 weeks leave.

When you see your manager you can also ask him for an application form for POAL. Purchase of Annual Leave this allows you to buy more leave up to a total of 6 weeks all together. https://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communi ... AL#p821632" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Although trialists cant purchase extra leave, at least you can apply before Feb 2020 for the 20/21 leave year.
