Delivery Rate per Shift
Had a carpet delivered by a Parcel Force Agency Driver yesterday and asked him how things were ramping up for Christmas. Told me things were pretty manic with some drivers working 14Hr days and competing 200 drops as they are paid per delivery .... if this is true that is 14 drops/Hr which makes even the 120 per shift that Amazon expect seem reasonable.

Re: Delivery Rate per Shift
Bearing in mind that the normal expected performance from a contracted Parcelforce driver over a shift is 75-80 drops I would doubt that 200 is feasible.
Of course it depends on the geography and size of the area being covered.
An inner city/urban duty might be possible,a semi-rural not likely.
The resourcing "average" for an RM parcel driver is 18-20 per hour but that's working in a far more compact area than Parcelforce cover.
