Got a few questions..
I've only been with Royal mail for just over 2 months now, my manager said you have to be there for over a year before you get sick pay? Is this true.. as most jobs you get it straight away.
Also if I leave Royal mail do I get paid for any outstanding holiday that I didn't take? As I haven't had any holiday yet and thinking of leaving in mid-september.

2 Holidays are based on the year so you would not be entitled to any (maybe 1 or 2 days)
