Hope you are all well. I need help! I cant get to speak to anyone and my pacrel from my company seems to be stuck at Jubilee MC and I don't know why!!! I have a tracking number and my parcel has bounced from glasgow mc to jubilee mc and back and forth again. I am in glasgow. It has been there since 16th august! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sounds like possibly the postcode on the item could be wrong. I believe that Jubillee use a machine to sort parcels which will read the address encoded i the 2D barcode (the square shaped one). It's probably sorting it to Glasgow based on the address encoded in the 2D barcode. When it reaches Glasgow if they don't have a machine to sort packets then it'll be hand sorted and they think that it should be going to Jubilee.
Contact the sender and check with them the postcode they put on the item.
