I think so.
Watched a bit of a video yesterday with this Ralph from Plymouth division and he came across very well and informative.
Think it’s these kind of reps who need to be promoted and new blood into the leadership

Make it a fixed term, and whoever gets it should be made to walk one round a month under the same conditions as the rest of us

No we don't. We need to do what brave workers did in the 20th century - found our own union. The CWU is finished, it's reached its end.

The subject and poll questions are opposites. Votes maybe cast incorrectly by people not reading properly. Yea the leadership should change, no they are not up to it. With such a unionised workplace, we should be taking no s**t. Instead, some make millions whilst we get pennies.

the issue is since Terry pullinger went the fight went with him , there is no fight in ward or walsh and all they do is waffle with no action and i dont think nobody trusts royal mail but now nobody trusts a word these two say either , and if you watched the live bullshit tonight trying to convince posties to vote yes for a 1year pay deal and thats it imo and walsh sounded patronising to answer every question with " LOOK " as though we should be thankful of what hes done for us in this deal , i think he needs to remember who pays his wages and its not royal mail

Very misleading poll. You’ve asked a Yes/No question in the title then reversed the options.postmanpatscat2 wrote: ↑10 Jul 2025, 18:20Is it time for new young blood to fight for the postie? Or are these experienced leaders Walsh and Ward fit for the job? Yayor Na

Anyhow, 100% you need a change in Union leaders. Both Dave and Martin are bumbling out of touch heffalumps. I can’t believe people thank Martin for posting on here - why shouldn’t the CWU have a presence on here, the biggest community outside of social media for RM workers? Then you’ve got that idiot saying you only walk 12k steps a day.
They urgently need younger more engaging leaders, and urgently.
While you’re at it get rid of Chris Kremlin Webb too, it’s disgraceful how he deletes so many fair/honest comments.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

Very misleading poll.
I’d bet if the poll asked the same question as the title it would be a huge swing in the result.

Ye I messed my own poll up
I think the comments speak volumes though how the poll would have gone If I had done it right.. Seems like most people want Walsh and Ward out.

Why not delete it and post a genuine and authentic poll?
