It would simply be, what do they think they could have done better over the last 10 years?

Mine would be….what was real reason for telling members to vote for that surrender document after 96% strike mandate

Was it RM threat to defund union and use of payroll for subs?

What was it guys?

Dave ward has almost destroyed this union and as a percentage of workforce has bought union membership to a record low. Why didn’t anyone stand against him? Almost everyone who has left the union in my office would not rejoin with Ward in charge. Should have resigned at the end of last dispute

That's an easy one.
They didn't think a better deal was possible.
The real question is were they right but then you get into opinions which is pretty pointless.

Something obviously happened during negotiations,CWU went from all fight chests out to waving white flag rather too quickly.

I think they thought they’d lose too many members if RM stoped them using payroll so they threw deliveries under bus and went down self preservation route.

Sad times 😢

For my question I would cite the famous case of Going Live caller v. Five Star (1989).

My question would be, are you seriously content with a 1% pay rise for your BT membership in this day and age?

When will Employers allow employees to use whichever Union they like? Refusing to deal with or favouring a specific Union leads to the situations people find themselves in with employer policies.
