Personal assurance

Post by rossysav »

Hi there, hoping someone can help me! Been trying to find out for a while now about something on my payslip I've been paying for years called personal assurance. I'd like to find out more info and perhaps remove if necessary. Does anyone else pay this or have even used it for the benefits?

Many thanks, Ross Savage, Waltham Cross.

I'm paying for a personal insurance but it's more for a life insurance payout rather than treatment. It was a no brainer when I took it out as the terms were very good. I'd have to live to about 150 before I was a loser. When I turned sixty they asked me if I would like to have it taken out of my 60 pension and I said yes. All the statements I get don't include it so I tried to find out who held the policy. Took me ages to find it but it is The Personal Group who hold it. Try them.
