I have a 98% yes vote in my office after a straw poll however what worries me at every ballot is people who do not vote. Do you feel the same way peeps???? :pray

Yes you are right, so strong is the feeling we will win apathy will set in.
That is more difficult to address than the issues around the vote.
I recently had a ballot for a slight alteration to IPS times and even handing vote slips out by hand and collecting them in the office 20% did not vote !!!!!!
