Photographic Proof of Delivery.

I've always wondered how a conversation would go with someone claiming non-receipt but RM insisting they have a photo on delivery. Do they start telling them what colour their doormat is? Do RM send someone round to check what colour the doormat is?

Exactly that. They get the postie responsible to confirm that the pic matches the correct doormat. The regular postie will probably know by sight of the pic, but if it was a reserve they will send them out to confirm where they delivered it by taking a pic at the doormat and sending to the manager so they can match it.

That’s what happens at our office anyway.
