Are you for real? During Covid (I have a trolley duty) I was flat out every single day with a minimum of two trolleys a day! , As were all the other workers whether that be trolley or van duty!

On the couple of Saturday’s our office (large one) tried packet/parcel only delivery, it was apparent that there weren’t enough packets/parcels to fill the time. Most of us were finished by 11 and had to tread water before going back to the office.

So if Saturday became a non-letter day, there will be job losses unless surplus staff make themselves useful by putting mail in etc.

Yeah okay, fair point, I've only worked in 4 DO's since being perm in my home DO and there is always a mix of trolleys and vans, I concede I hadn't actually considered offices with vans only,

There are stickers though, or digital stamp pictures to collect and show off to your co-workers.

I think it's good that we get the info managers have been getting for years...but not sure there is much significance to it all....

Having gold stars etc is just ridiculous. Who signed off on all that? - we are not 6 years old. It's made it a laughing stock in offices across the country.

Drivers in our office being pulled in and been bollocked for poor driving ,no crashes or speeding tickets just the app, just another way of bullying the workers,seems to be everyone on the old contracts and making them redo the tests,just wondering if this is country wide and a tactic to try and get rid of old contracts and does anyone know if our so called union are doing anything about it.

When it was introduced to us we were shown a video and the voiceover woman said it would show us all the great things we’ve been doing….

What’s the message we got this morning about “flowers” in the “my notes” part on the app.. it’s a joke treating us like kids.
There should be a pay incentive or nobody will care.
