The Union said that previously they wanted the back dated part to be 3.5% going back to April.Can't see it being more then that.
2% imposed 3.5% backdated that's leaves 4.5% which will probably be more but over a longer period then 18 months

I think it will be pretty much what ST offered all those months ago with a lump sum payment instead of back pay. And a 4% or so deal to tie in with next years pay so it’ll look like a 11% rise but it will be covering 2 years.
Most of the changes that haven’t already happened will happen in the coming months but Sunday work and VR may not be forced through as it was originally planned.
