it can only benift managment who dont then have to send out vans with oversized parcels.
of coarse im in the camp of sending all undelivered parcels back or charging them a surcharge for storage.now thats a positive step for royal mail profits :silenced

on the other hand i end up taking most of mine back
'lucky' i dont have time to write cards out in the mornings before going out :whistle
