I hear what you're saying there Mr R. At least there's meant to be some kind of workers representation at the moment. I can sympathise with those who think the Union's as bad as RM in some offices, and some Reps really should be ashamed of the way they abuse their positions.
Unfortunately we're all only human and some Reps, let alone Managers, just aren't big enough for the job.
