In the circumstances, we would ask all CWU Branches to convey to our members that CWU has not accepted Royal Mail’s position on Colleagueshare. The matter of Colleagueshare is subject to ongoing discussions during which the Union will be pursuing our policy alongside the other issues contained in the Emergency Motion.

The chattering goes on and 6 months later it does look like they HAVE accepted RMs position don't it?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Well if hot air was money we'd be retired :chuckle Still it does keep them in a job, I mean where can you get £100,000 a year to sit on your ars* and jabber without producing any results..............except more talks............it would appear their role is self perpetuating and lucrative............why would anyone want to leave the union and become an MP.
