Are those been made up to full time get the benefits of the old contracts, like paid breaks, delivery supplement or is it the same crappy contract but just a few more hours a week?

part timers on the ''old contract'' will be able to keep their existing terms - or benefits as you put it - if they take a full time/increased contract rather than it being on the reduced terms of the new contract
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Best way to do it would be to put in more FT roles and have a repick that way everyone has a chance based on seniority.

Absolutely. In hindsight I should have picked a cushy part-time duty instead of one of the few remaining full time duties in the last re-pick several years ago. Many of these posties on "part-time" duties have been working as full-timer's every single f***ing day of the week and some of them have even had their hours upgraded.

Now our revision has been pulled, these posties are now awarded a f**ing FT contract on the duty which was originally PT!! :evil/mad

Your story shows how it’s like playing a very long game of chess.

Honestly Barnacle, they have done everything in our office to avoid having any revision and re-pick and it is something that we desperately need because many of our duties are just too big. Instead they brought in "bag carriers" to help take some loops of some of our duties and then advertised a load of part-time duties which many posties didn't bother applying for because they were part-time - and ever since all these part-timers have ever worked are full-time hours!! You couldn't make this sh*t up at our place.
