Someone else posted about that kind of thing a bit back, what a load of bollocks this job is now. As others have said the only reason for all this crap must be to piss off as many of the current work force as possible and employ a new work force on those shitty new t+c's, what other reason could there be?
That those at the top are genuinely incompetent, and not just incompetent, but selfish and greedy as well?
All part of the long term plan - going back years way before this dispute

The end result - we all know that answer

We have a revision coming up, they are removing all the frames and replacing with a horseshoe massive frame?, You won't have a walk just will be in similar area, and the walks will be 1/2 as big again, but they will take LARGE parcels of you, it won't work. This job is now beyond s**t.
How long until they dump the large back to the walks?
Are the changes in processing, mail centres as mad as they seem to be in delivery? With regards to annualised hours, how would this effect staff in mail centres?
Realignments and re-signs coming up, with some shifts losing a massive number of staff. Annualised hours, can't see how it can work in MCs as if you have longer hours in the winter, you're then going to have an overlap between shifts
Are some/most of those staff being pushed into Delivery Office's ?

We don't know yet if the ones without duties will get bumped onto other shifts. I suspect that some will quit if they joined to be on the shift that they get bumped from
