Customer collections 5 items?

Why are people collecting these items. If it’s out of spec you don’t accept it. FFS.

I would hope that customers wanting a collection will automatically get one from the relevant carrier, i.e RM or PF, when they input the weight of their parcel.

I think it'll be down to how much a 30Kg parcel is for PF compared with other couriers. If it's really expensive then I think RM would rather it stay with RM rather than risk losing traffic to other couriers

Anything over 20kg (excluding tracked 48 which is 30kg )
Will have to be sent PF or courier
Any items received over 20kg revenue protection inform the sender that they have to either collect the parcel from the mail centre or arrange for a courier to collect

Over time more and more stuff seems to be going Tracked. We're even starting to see a few letters and flats going as Tracked

That and the fact that you should receive the SD next day guaranteed. I used to work for a company who saved lots by stopping SD’s and using tracked instead.

The number of SDs IS dropping, they've taken some more hours out the SD locker, and that's after they took hours out when the foreign SDs started going as Tracked

Simpleton prefers us to COLOD for Tracked. That way RM are not paying the PO any commission.

If i get a 30 kg that will be me off sick for a month with a bad back and claim as no trolley for large pick ups in my van not supplied with the right equipment.
