well from wot i've bin reading TNT are saying "NO THANKS" and investers won't touch us coz of the unfair "competition rules" good old postcomm introduced....Vince Cable = Torie in Lib Dem clothing/puppet.....

Hooper says that the regulator will change the commercial rules,no doubt to suit privatisation.
