Hope everyone got through their delivery ok today. Luckily I'm off but I did think of you all, it was bad enough last week in the sweat box of my van but today the heat is really bad. Hopefully it will cool down for you all the rest of the week.

In the short term, I'd be more worried about Heat Exhaustion and Heatstroke, than Skin Cancer. Because Skin Cancer takes years to start, but Heat Exhaustion and Heatstroke, can come on very quickly. I'm currently suffering from most of those symptoms, and that's not long after getting over frostbite from delivering in the coldest winter in thirty years. Four months ago it was minus 15 degrees, now it's plus 30 - surely the human body isn't meant for such a 45 degree variation.
