The way that the company operates these days, I fully expect that the app being down is 100% down to them and nothing to do with ‘traffic’. There will be a few reasons that they don’t want people knowing what sum they have got this early in the week.

Is everything a conspiracy now?
Anyone with a calculator could have worked out roughly what they were going to get, they might have been £50-£100 out but hardly enough to justify the business launching a full on information blackout.

The app was down because it isn't designed to handle that kind of traffic all at once because it's.... cheap.

Sometimes the simplest answer is the right answer.

First ever post on here but was wondering if anyone else is missing the ESCROW payment on their wages?
I work 32 hrs so received pro rata on the 500 but no sign of any other payment, manager notified wages today, see what happens!

My escrow is there but it's short by about 50 quid.
I'm part time and the pro rata part of the lump sum 500 is correct.
Have emailed HR as their calculation is wrong.
What's so difficult about dividing a figure by 37 and multiplying by someone's contracted hours??
Not sure where people above are arriving at 2k gross, its 1107 add 500.

EDIT- my bad I had the escrow amount higher in my tiny brain.

I’m going to assume that full timers on 35 hours will receive 35/37ths payment otherwise all the part timers have been shafted…..again
