Perhaps the CWU could have just posted a copy of this form to every Union Member. If they pushed as hard for a reply as RM did over their latest BS Trust Survey they might have managed to get a very impressive return .... saying how wonderful everyone feels things are going?

TBH I feel everyone's just getting ground down by the situation. The only realistic way we could make this work would be to actually put in a duty, or two.

We'd then have a bit more wiggle room again to ask Posties to perhaps do a bit of OT covering a failed walk were someone's gone sick?
At the moment everyone's working at full revs just trying to get their own duty done (and sometimes that's not achievable), they've got no interest in doing any extra. Plus we're only just starting to seee some results from the new recruiting drive (whoever put a block on it wants shooting ). At the same time we're having an increase in sick absence, about 50% Covid related. So that's negated the New Recruits.

It really is a Perfect Storm enginered by RM, and not helped by the CWU.
