The only way to get around that is for RM to provide proper, detailed and personalised forecasts of what benefits might be payable. Which they're not going to do. :thumbdown

Unfortunately RM pensions are so complicated, as we saw in a recent thread, we can have two people on the same pay and in the same section, having two different pension contrib pay figures. :hmmmm

I would hope the RMCPP will be starting afresh from that point of view and going forward, it will be much easier for people to understand things. But I wouldn't bank on it.
