When a druggie fails one of these workplace tests, the employer is duty bound to not let them drive their vehicle home (because they have proven to be high / intoxicated)

Now......having just been rumbled on test, you just know Mr gobby is going to launch into an angry tirade and tell everyone to f*** off & that "he'll do whatever he likes"

So there will be no choice for the company but to dial 999 and inform the police of a drug driver on the loose,

So then there will be a second test that looks like this:

This is actually the point at issue. Currently, it is not mentioned in existing contracts. However, it doesn’t need to be specifically mentioned. Your existing contract has 3 paragraphs which give RM the ability to add this as a necessity if you are a driver or operate the sorting machines or work in the yard etc.

If you are over the limit to drive, you are over the limit. So it doesn’t matter if there is a prescription.

Yes, there is nothing in the literature to suggest liquids.
