My mom sent me a letter with 2 important keys I have to give back to the letting agency of my previous home. One month after I haven't received the letter. The letter arrived to Langley and it has been there for 24 days now. I've called RM customers service and they give me a different excuse every time... If I don't gove the leys back they will rest £39 of my deposit x day... This is so bad. I can buy something from Hong Kong and it arrives by standar delivery in 3 days or less but a letter from Spain will take ages if it arrives... It's crazy, and the customer service inventing excuses even more crazy, they know they jave your item and they just say bullshit...

If it is in customs, why are you blaming Royal Mail?
