Help - my parcel is in stuck in Langley HWDC since 7 December 2024. What can I do?

There is almost no information here, so basically impossible to provide any help based on that. Can you please tell us:
What countries is it going from and to;
What is inside;
And very helpful if you can supply the tracking number or copy and paste the tracking information into your reply.

I'll be frank:
There's nothing that can be done at this point.
HWDC (Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre) is the main facility for postal items that must go through customs. The time it takes for this process is entirely outside Royal Mail's control. Additionally, since it is Christmas, there will inevitably be delays.
As Snaggletooth mentioned, you provided minimal details, which makes it difficult for us to investigate whether there is an issue with tracking or the contents of your parcel.
