DEETEE. Sorry totally off subject but if it was their fault for overpaying (78%of time) ask to have the debt quashed. Appeal as they will say no first time anyway. Even if it was your fault, depending on how much the overpayment was, ask for extra time over and above their level. We are quite accommodating at this and can spread the payments over as long as 6 years, sometimes more.
