Langley HWDC are UK customs. They are a law enforcement agency and, as far as I know, they don't take calls from the public.

What part of the UK is it going to? Chances are that it's stuck somewhere with there being more mail in places then the lorries can carry and more mail than mail centres and delivery offices can process
