I keep checking RM's 'service updates' page for my area every so often to see if they're going to make an official statement on this, but I've never seen one, if they have.

Kinda like how my ISP never seems to admit that there's a problem on their service status webpage - when email has been down all day and if you phone them up, they have a recorded message that says that email is down, I guess... :crazy:

Bit like a power cut we had here. I used an app on my phone to see how long it would be etc, and 2 hours into the power cut it still reported that there was no Power Cut reported. 10 minutes later it came back on. Like most things the technology is great, but without a good level of support and staffing behind the scenes its all flash and no bang.
