I'd like to know what set the precedent to STOP making the payments !! For instance, did some one accidentally start the system too soon and paid all the EVR's and recently pensioned off Posties when some one suddenly realise the mistake or was it always part of the Royal Mail's plan to pay-off a select few, by doing so paying people who won't come into daily contact with the current staff and cause any friction in the workplace - Surely, they can't of realised half way through." This company makes me sick. Marks and Spencers, Banks and other big blue chip companies often reward their staff with a bonus with a cash incentive. After the Census delivery, which we were asked to under take within three days and accomplished - we were all taken to the packet frame and thanked by the assistant DOM.. " On behalf of me and the boss..thanks lads.. now can you all go back on the IPS and don't forget ya d2d's, oh and 8 walks still need throwing in and your lapsing 2 and 6 walk today".
They wonder why moral is so low in our company - behaviour like this explains why it is, perfectly
