I can live with that.......if I can piss in the bottle firstglen1974 wrote:How we ,meaning hard working postmen and women have been treated in past few years and probably a few more as well come to think of it is almost criminal, the shares were paid out to people that left 5 weeks before we were supposed to get them so the money is there, its just typical royal mail behaviour now, we are left in limbo now if we get something or not, my advice is to expect nothing and let them drink champagne with it.

I'd like to know what set the precedent to STOP making the payments !! For instance, did some one accidentally start the system too soon and paid all the EVR's and recently pensioned off Posties when some one suddenly realise the mistake or was it always part of the Royal Mail's plan to pay-off a select few, by doing so paying people who won't come into daily contact with the current staff and cause any friction in the workplace - Surely, they can't of realised half way through." Hang on, this is not gonna stretch to 165,000 employees, let's pay off the lame and old and f**k the rest - at least it shows we've a heart and sort of made good on a promise.
This company makes me sick. Marks and Spencers, Banks and other big blue chip companies often reward their staff with a bonus with a cash incentive. After the Census delivery, which we were asked to under take within three days and accomplished - we were all taken to the packet frame and thanked by the assistant DOM.. " On behalf of me and the boss..thanks lads.. now can you all go back on the IPS and don't forget ya d2d's, oh and 8 walks still need throwing in and your lapsing 2 and 6 walk today".
They wonder why moral is so low in our company - behaviour like this explains why it is, perfectly

I SAID THERE SHOULD BE A MAJOR LEGAL CHALLENGE AGES AGO. THINK IF WARDY COULD GET HID HEAD FROM MOYA'S ARSE IT MAY HAVE BEEN DONE SOME TIME AGO. THEN AGAIN IF I WAS ON 70K A YEAR WOULDN'T RELLY GIVE A MONKEYS BOUT £536.noggin1969 wrote:I heard there may be a legal challenge due to people being given share money with their EVR there by setting a precedent. Not sure if there is a case , as " phantom shares " can be any price the company decide they are from day to day. If the company hasn't the cash to pay this would be pointless unless the CWU could get a weekly payment plan to spread the cost out of RM. I'm sure the lawyers will make more money out of it than we will anyway.![]()

Dream on, they know they can get away with it,and they will. Jupiters cock, spread your cheeks and let Royal Mail shaft you some more. This is what they have been doing to us,for the last 10 years, trouble wrote:Heard from an area rep that RM have been told by Mr Ward at a meeting in London that they have until the end of April to find the money that was promised to the workers from the college shares.
Is there any truth in this?
The CWU reckon that we will still get these shares, what do you think?
