4 hour Permanent contracts

If you think that the 4 hour contract was bad,wait untill you see the advert from the Daily Record,there was an advert for 1 hour(I kid you not) contract somewhere down in the Borders,also the statement at the bottom of the advert said that they welcomed applications from members of the Protestant community WTF!! It turns out the statement at the bottom was meant for Northern Ireland,someones head is on the chopping block,I'll see if I can get the article from the Rep at the picket line the morra.

RM has reached a new low here. This is CASUAL LABOUR in all but name, i.e. they can advertise a 'permanent contract' and avoid using the word 'casual'. This sh!t is what the fight is about.

We already have a chap in for 1 hour a week, the only thing is he is made up with a extra 35+ hrs but very cheap for RM when he is on leave

We have people working one hour a day every day. They're called 'managers'. Goodness knows why. They couldn't manage a big dinner.
