If I had a union rep that was just content to get his manager into trouble etc etc etc I would really begrudge paying my union fees!!

Try working with him and not against him this is why we are in this sort of mess anyway............ what a .ick!!

Do I know you? If not and you don't know what is going on at my office then keep your abuse to yourself. Are you a manager? then you are the one that is helping to create the mess in each and every office. Maybe you work in an office that runs like clockwork? Then make the most of it because when you get a manager like mine you will need a good sense of humour!!!

Having been issued ( unfairly I might add) with a stage 2 by an extremely vindictive dum, I can assure you, that given the opportunity, I would have dropped her right in the sh*t. As far as the language goes as you can see from Ed's reply he obviously has a foul mouth and has to resort to making comments about my mother? (Idiot!!!!)

This guy has quite obviously got a chip on his shoulder and I do pity his members!!!

Probably self appointed with no opposition, he would not have got in at my office!!!

But hay you just waste your time taking photos of your manager you can throw darts at it when your on the dole

The way I see it, yes we do have a job at the moment and you may ask, E18 for how long, Ad and Al want to get rid of 40,000 of us so we have to hang in there and not make it easy for them. If we give up the industrial action, those tw*ts will have us by the nuts. They will make all the changes they want and we won't be able to do a thing about it.

Message to Big Al and Lil Ad... Get back to the table! No-one wants to strike, but then no-one wants to be sh*t on either!
