Unless WSWS get some legal representation behind them- no one is going to take them seriously....or Change anything.
I used to read the site thinking, they have valid points, I agree but there's no one can change it unless you have Political, Legal and OFCOM backing behind your back. Then looking to hold certain people contempt of unfair workloads to mis-treatment of employees to multitude of other aspects- who are you truly going to target?
CWU aren't powerful anymore, thanks to years of dead beat governments changing that strip the powers that were used, also doesn't help that in 2022,CWU rolled over like a soft dog waiting for a belly rub and sympathised with RM fully to the extent that they gave RM highers whatever changes they wanted.
The warning signs were there- take a look at the Annual Leave Holiday agreement 2020. How much that impacts people for a couple of days sick ( even a Accident on Duty) can destroy 6 months of annual leave pay.
I'm glad I've left- Hated the Bureaucracy/Contradictions and Counter-Productive working environment that changed around 2018 onwards to now
