Yeah so more details are tricking through. Appears to be a localised initiative put forward by the union. Work Thursday thru Sunday Week 1 and Monday thru Wednesday Week 2. They are not 70-hour contracts but it's still 7-days on, 7-days off and part-timers will move to 37-hour contracts.
